

Session 1 (1h): 'The Competency Compass' (Kickoff & Baseline Setting)

Theme: Establishing the Mentoring Agreement, introducing the ICF Core Competency Markers, and building a psychological safe space for high-impact feedback.



Session 2 (2h): 'Coaching the 'Who' & Mindful Presence' (Group Practice #1)

Theme: ICF Competencies 3, 4, and 5. Moving beyond process and transactional coaching into transformational identity coaching.



Session 3 (2h): 'Creative Tension & Evoking Awareness' (Group Practice #2)

Theme: ICF Competency 7 and Competency 6 . Direct communication, metaphorical language, and embracing discomfort.



Session 4 (2h): 'The Assessor's Eye & Live Masterclass' (Group Practice #3)

Theme: ICF Competency 8 & Formative Assessment. Decoding performance evaluation standards for ACC/PCC.



Sessions 5-7: Three tailored individual mentor coaching sessions

Each session blends ICF Core Competency review, practical exercises, and real-world case studies—culminating in a dynamic, hands-on coaching lab.
