Course Modules
Module 1: Understanding Confidence (2h)
- Explore the components of confidence: self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.
- Dive into psychological theories like Dr. Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset and Bandura’s Theory of Motivation.
Module 2: Assessing Confidence Levels (2h)
- Learn to recognize behavioral indicators of confidence and lack thereof.
- Practice maintaining presence and listening actively.
Module 3: Building Confidence in Clients (2x2h)
- Harness the power of visualization and mental imagery for confidence building.
- Identify and transform limiting beliefs into enabling beliefs.
This course is designed with a strong experiential and practical focus, ensuring participants actively engage with the learning process through hands-on tools and exercises. Each module incorporates practical applications, allowing participants to deeply internalize concepts and immediately apply them in real-world scenarios. By using diverse tools such as visualization techniques, limiting beliefs exploration, and direct communication practices, participants not only build their confidence but also develop a versatile coaching toolbox to empower their future clients effectively.
