Module 1: Understanding the Role of a Career Coach (2h)
- Understand what makes career coaching different from life coaching, mentoring, or therapy
- Learn and apply 5 foundational career theories (Super, Holland, Krumboltz, Deci & Ryan, Bronfenbrenner)
- Tools: Career Ecosystem Map, Coach–Consultant–Mentor Compass
Module 2: Assessing Career Clarity and Client Needs (2h)
- Spot real signs of misalignment and career confusion
- Work with values, identity, roles, and energy as clarity anchors
- Tools: Career Values Sort, Professional Identity Map, Life Roles & Energy Audit
Module 3: Career Coaching Tools and Practice (2h)
- Practice applying clarity and identity tools in peer sessions
- Role-play client scenarios and experiment with posture shifts
- Short brainstorming on possible elements of your own coaching offer
Module 4: Crafting Your Career Coaching Offer (2h)
- Define your niche and unique promise as a career coach
- Design two clear services (primary & secondary) aligned with your values and energy
- Learn authentic, ethical ways to talk about your offer and enroll clients
